Jody Lee Drafta

Jody is an artist and writer who works in sculpture, drawing and photography.  She has exhibited throughout the U.S. and is included in the curated registries of White Columns and The Drawing Center in New York.  Awards include a MacDowell Colony Residency and the Dozier Travel Grant from the Dallas Museum of Art.  Born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Jody received a B.A. in German Literature (Phi Beta Kappa) from Reed College, a B.F.A from the University of Washington, Seattle, and an MFA from The Meadows School of the Arts at Southern Methodist University in Dallas.  Jody is based in Maplewood, New Jersey.
